Pricing?

Both have free trials. AgoraPulse lacks here because theirs are only 15 days offered as opposed to Sprout Social’s 30 day trial. AgoraPulse, however starts off way cheaper at $49/month for the smallest package as opposed to Sprout Social’s $99/month. The two prices even out, however, as the features get more premium. User Friendly?

Based on multiple reviews online, the two tools are even when it comes to a supportive staff and user friendly platform. Though, Sprout Social is less likely to be recommended to people over AgoraPulse.

Features?

Sprout Social offers not only social networking, social media management, and reputation management features, but more social media marketing features than AgoraPulse. Sprout Social offers Analytics, Automated Publishing, Contact Management, Content Management, Conversion Tracking, Customer Targeting, Keyword Filtering, Multi-Account Management, and Posts Scheduling whereas AgoraPulse offers the same minus Customer Targeting and Conversion Tracking.

Every company is different. Every tool is different. Each tool presents different strengths and weaknesses, but ultimately gets the job done. Since no tool is perfect, remember to think about what the goals of the company are, what features are imperative to the company’s success, and why the tool is needed in the first place. Based on several articles, Sprout Social has more prominence in the market, however, AgoraPulse is renown for having the scheduling features of Hootsuite but the reporting of Sprout Social. It is always beneficial to keep an open mind and gain exposure to multiple possibilities.
