Step 1 - Submit startup documents

You will first fill out a questionnaire to help Setup understand your specific universe of team members, agencies and vendors. From there, Setup will review the collected information, formulate survey questions, evaluate your company’s vendor and staff list, and establish a contact cadence.

Step 2 - partner + team interviews

Setup then collects survey responses (typically a mix of interviews and surveys) from your team and any key partners. The qualitative and quantitative data is analyzed to provide a well-rounded look into the team’s operations.
