What gap did you see in the market that led you to be a part of your agency?
We noticed a trend in the market that both agencies and direct clients had a single need for media planning and media buying, and that we could fill that gap.
Needs often involved running one or two campaigns a year that needed media expertise, but not a dedicated full-time media person. A lot of our agency partners also had clients with one-off media campaigns, but did not have a paid media department. We could easily fill in the missing pieces.
What differentiates your agency from others?
We only offer media planning and buying.
We do not have creative, or public relations. We focus solely on paid media placements. Our expertise in a single service line leads to long term relationships with both agencies and clients.
Are any of your personal values incorporated into the agency?
We treat our employees and clients like family. Similar to how my personal relationships are built, we build both our internal and client relationships on trust and respect.
Do you have any advice for marketers?
Make sure all campaigns have a specific goal that can be measured at the end of the campaign. If you do not have any goals or metrics to achieve, the campaign will not be successful.
Also, for the new marketers, learn everything you can about digital marketing. The digital landscape for marketing changes every day. You need to stay on top of this ever-changing platform and be sure to bring the most up to date knowledge to your clients.
