With two major tools in one place, and a user interface that mirrors Gmail, Yanado makes it as if your project management and email are all a part of the same platform. The plugin allows you to make any email a “task” by using a drop down menu, everything incoming email can be categorized and then a reminder set for when it needs to be dealt with.

It is great for teams to show which stage each project is in by updating the status to open, doing, or done. Yanado even allows for custom list creation to really personalize the experience and tailor it to the user.
