We’re seeking for an energetic, relationship-driven Growth and Partnerships Manager to connect with senior brand-side marketers, champion our agency matchmaking services, optimize outreach and lead nurturing, and strategically support our presence at industry events. This role blends marketing savvy, business development know-how, and a passion for meaningful relationship-building into one dynamic position.

what you’ll do
Prospecting & Outreach: Proactively identify and build meaningful relationships with senior brand marketers through personalized outreach strategies (LinkedIn, email, warm introductions), effectively showcasing Setup’s value.
Lead Management & Automation: Own and continuously optimize our HubSpot lead pipeline, maintaining accurate segmentation, prompt follow-ups, and effective use of automation. Familiarity with other CRM or marketing automation tools is a bonus.
Trade Show & Event Strategy: Support and enhance Setup’s presence at industry events with strategic pre-event prospecting, impactful on-site networking, and thoughtful post-event follow-ups to drive high-value relationships.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Setup’s marketing and leadership teams to ensure business development efforts align seamlessly with broader organizational objectives.
Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor key growth metrics, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to consistently improve strategy, efficiency, and ROI.
Who You Are
Experienced: You bring 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within marketing agencies, software, B2B services, or similar industries.
Industry-Savvy: You understand marketing agency services, empathize with brand-side marketing challenges, and excel at building authentic, long-term B2B relationships.
Skilled Communicator: You have excellent prospecting and outreach skills, know how to use HubSpot (or similar CRM platforms), and can craft personalized messaging that resonates with senior marketers.
Organized & Proactive: You’re detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive—comfortable owning your pipeline, managing multiple initiatives, and collaborating across teams.
Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required; equivalent professional experience is highly valued.

travel expectations
Hybrid (Atlanta-based): Work from our Atlanta office at least 2 days per week, with occasional travel to industry events (3-4 times per year; all expenses covered).
Remote (outside Atlanta): Travel to Atlanta at least once per quarter for team events, strategy sessions, and collaborative meetings. Additionally, attend industry events (3-4 times per year) as required, with all travel expenses fully covered by Setup.
