As marketing matchmakers, Setup has traditionally hosted a quarterly #MarketersBreakfast to connect client-side and agency-side marketers. Given current gathering regulations, we pivoted to virtual bi-monthly #MarketingMixers to inspire, educate, and bring together marketers. 

Our February #MarketingMixer offered attendees the opportunity to learn about business matchmaking and then put their skills to the test in one-on-one Zoom break out sessions. 

The mixer began with a presentation by Setup CEO and Founder, Joe Koufman, who shared the secrets to successful business matchmaking:

Overall, the foundation of a prosperous romantic or professional partnership is finding the intersection between compatibility and chemistry. This mindset is the cornerstone behind our marketing matchmaker business when we pair marketing agencies and brands together.

We created this Agency Scorecard resource to help clients navigate their relationship and chemistry with their current and potential marketing agency partners.

In the networking portion, attendees were challenged to not only connect with their match, but to hopefully connect their match with someone in their network. We are happy to report that the event had an average rating of 9 (out of 10) across the board, and that nearly every attendee connected with their match on LinkedIn for further conversation.
