At the end of the day, the consumer is the one who keeps a company in business - so, their voice is important. Give consumers the ability to speak candidly and openly to the business without any barriers by offering them a survey.

Surveying customers can uncover unknown insights that will lead to better, more efficient procedures.

We’ve selected a handful of survey tools that could possibly improve your customer’s experience over time:

Typeform

Typeform has an attractive survey format that offers unlimited survey responses, data reporting and exporting, and form designing in the free version. Upgrades offer additional features, including advanced logic jumps. Typeform is not only appealing to the eye, but offers a variety of questions - short and long text responses, lists, multiple choice, picture, question groups, yes/no questions, ratings, opinion scales, and more. Typeform integrates with Google Sheets, Zoho CRM, MailChimp, Webhooks, HubSpot, Slack, Airtable, Pipedrive, Google Analytics, and more. Zapier integrations also connects Typeform to multiple apps.

Delighted

Delighted offers a free plan for one platform and 100 respondents. Other plans cost money but provide the user with multiple forms to survey clients. From NPS to CSAT, Delighted forms help measure a consumer’s current satisfaction and a client’s effectiveness. By measuring the results, users can decide what best serves the consumers and adjust their strategy accordingly. Delighted integrates with Zendesk, Stripe, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Webhooks.

SurveyMonkey

SurveyMonkey is one of the most popular survey tools because it has a simple interface and allows 10 questions for 100 respondents for free. Survey types focus on Human Resources, Customers, Marketing, and more. SurveyMonkey integrates with over 100 apps, including Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua, Eventbrite, Hootsuite, MailChimp, Google Drive, Zapier, Slack, and more. The pricing plans offer more in-depth surveys that include advanced analytics, logic, team and app integrations, and unlimited surveys and filters.

Google Forms

Google Forms is a free service that comes with any Google account. The surveys and responses are unlimited, open to anyone, and can be instantly exported to Google Spreadsheets. Users can customize the survey with images, logos, and colors and add logic or page branching. Users can also add collaborators and embed the survey in emails/websites. When combined with Zapier, Google Forms can integrate with Salesforce, MailChimp, Trello, and more to save entries into a CRM database, grow email lists, or turn entries into projects/tasks.

Update your content and keep your consumers happy by hearing them out! A routine survey provides you with quantified results to leverage change in an organization or address consumer concerns regularly. Either way, giving the consumer a say in the company they choose to invest in is not a bad idea - it may even invoke some new product ideas or marketing initiatives!
